Boise State men’s basketball has unveiled its 11-game nonconference schedule, with single-game tickets now available for four home nonconference matchups. The Broncos are set to face off against a formidable lineup of opponents, including NCAA Tournament teams Oakland and Clemson, as well as participating in the Cayman Islands Classic.

The nonconference slate kicks off with a home game against Oakland on November 6th, with the Golden Grizzlies coming off a strong showing in the NCAA Tournament. This matchup marks only the fourth time Boise State has faced a team fresh off a March Madness appearance in their home opener. The Broncos will then take on San Francisco, a NIT participant, on November 9th before facing off against Corban (Ore.) on November 12th.

One of the most anticipated games on the schedule is the November 17th showdown against Clemson, who is returning to Boise to conclude a home-and-home series with the Broncos. Clemson is coming off a Sweet 16 run in the previous season, adding extra excitement to this matchup. Boise State will also square off against other postseason teams such as South Dakota State, Duquesne, and Texas Southern throughout the nonconference schedule.

In addition to the home games, the Broncos will also participate in neutral-site contests against Washington State in Boise on December 7th and Saint Mary’s in Idaho Falls on December 14th. These matchups provide fans across the state with the opportunity to catch the action live and support their team.

Boise State is the only team in the Mountain West Conference to return two all-conference performers in Tyson Degenhart and O’Mar Stanley. Head coach Leon Rice, entering his 15th season with the team, has high hopes of leading the Broncos back to the NCAA Tournament for a fourth consecutive season. The addition of senior Alvaro Cardenas through the transfer portal further strengthens the team’s roster, making them a formidable force in the conference.

Fans eager to catch the Broncos in action can secure their seats at ExtraMile Arena by visiting broncosports.com/tickets or contacting the Boise State Athletics Ticket Office. With a competitive nonconference schedule and a talented roster, Boise State men’s basketball is gearing up for an exciting season ahead. Stay tuned for the announcement of the Mountain West TV slate later this fall, which will finalize tipoff times for the games.
