Dave Carton appointed as Head Coach of Westchester Soccer Club in preparation for their debut in the 2025 USL League One season.

His roles with the Independence included Technical Director of the Independence Academy, First Team Assistant Coach, and Head Coach of Charlotte’s USL League Two team. During his time in Charlotte, Carton played a pivotal role in leading the team to multiple playoff appearances and the League One Championship game in 2023.
